I tried my first boot but keep getting a beep code. It sounds exactly like a european police beep which I assume is one short, one long. According to BIOS Beep codes it references the motherboard. So far, I only have motherboard, cpu, cpu fan, ram and video card together. The fans run for about 2 to 3 seconds, then stop. The indicator power light on the motherboard is on. What's my next move?

One long beep and one short beep usually means the motherboard is bad.

a chart for procedures.
