Word Perfect not opening file trees on double click

After launching WordPerfect 12, File> Open> My Network Places provides a list of Network File Shares. If you Double-Click one of the File Shares (ex. My Documents on Cathy), nothing happens. It simply refreshes the screen. If you Right-Click> Open the File Share, it launches another Explorer Window in which you can Double-Click any of the sub-folders without problems.
Note: If you do the same process in Word, Excel or regular Windows Explorer, it works fine.
