1st Problem:
ever since i ran a program, i didnt know it was a fake.. Anyways, when ever i log onto my computer, a command prompt comes up, doesnt say anyting, i only have to leave it for about 3 seconds then my computer will shut down.

The only way i can prevent this so far, is close it very quickly.

2nd Problem

My computer just randomly crashes...

i could be working on it for about 20 - 30 mins, then everything freezes...

Sounds like a batch program running with ECHO turned off. Either way, you should start out by using the forum in this link. Make sure to read the instructions in that forum.

What do you mean that you 'didn't know it was a fake'? Have you tried going to the Windows boot menu, by pressing F8, and see if you can restore the last good system configuration? That may be worth a try..
