Run DLL Error upon Bootup

Every time I start my computer, and I log in to my account (it's a home PC with a user accout for each member of the family), I get the following error message:


Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\xkjmoehdhoirg.dll

The specified module could not be found.

What is causing this? How do I fix it?
