this font is so bad it looks a typewriter with a bad ribbin in it , I cant see half of the letters

What font is being used and in what application? You can generally change fonts, certainly in Internet Explorer and Word and such. If it's the default Times New Roman that Windows uses for so many things, then I agree with you, I always change from that.

If so start explorer right click on the screen
Click encoding
Tick auto select
Or un tick
