whenever i bring up google page, and get my search results, my scroll bar on the sticks... i.e., very slow in response time. but when i click on a site, from the search results, opens a new window, scroll bar on the new site has no problem with sticking or reponse time. Only on the google page, after i get the results from the search, does the scroll bar stick.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
