Well thanks for your help

my problem is i cant seem to change the option to show hidden files it keeps changing back to hidden. the reason im trying to see them is becuse im tring to fix another problem with itunes it keeps giving me an error
"\C:documents and settings\username\desktop\itunessetup.exe is not a valid win32 application"
i looked the error up and it tells me to erase a hidden file but i cant seem to make it show them. please help me thanks
