I've tried going through the 5 steps to making my PC work but I am having problems. I was able to run the 1st step (Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware) to clean up my PC and it detected 16 files corrupted but it wasn't able to clean them all. This is what popped up when my scan was completed:

Next I tried to run my McAfee anti virus but it's not working. I tried running the scan, uninstalling the program so the I could install a new but it won't uninstall, so I wasn't able to do anything with this.
I then tried to undate Windows and when I clicked on the link a new window opened up but the page never displayed anything.
