How to change from military to regular time

I am running XP.

On the notification line, time shows as military format. Cannot figure how to change back to normal format.

Hello termin8or2,

Open Control Panel > Date,Time, Regional options > Regional and Language Support > under Regional options click "customize" > look under "time" tab > format should be h:mm:ss tt
