My computer did an automatic update (Windows XP SP3). I was the only user logged into the computer at the time of installation. We have 2 user accounts with administrative access (mine and my husband's) and three user accounts with limited access (the kids). The three user accounts with limited access have disappeared. When I try to recreate the user accounts, it tells me that the account is already created. But I can't see them at sign-in, or under "User Accounts". Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
