I think all are ok :) All your log are good/clean and for your issue with your last handling with OTmoveIT2, don't worry, nothing bad.

Wasn't sure if we needed to do anything else before I got rid of the combofix program since that last entry said it wasn't able to be moved correctly


Let's go with the final handlings, you can uninstall combofix and do the following handlings.
