Desperatly Need Help

I have somehow managed to get a horrible Trojan on my computer, what it is doing is opening 50+ IE windows, which SERIOUSLY slows my computer to a near halt, I do not even use IE, I use firefox and have uninstalled IE. I have run many spywares/norton stuff and they SAY they have deleted the issues but nothing is working, they continue to pop up!!!
