hard drive changing the size

My hard drive is partitioned into c:20gb and d:100gb is there any way to change the amount of gb's to make c bigger? i only have recovery disks. i only have 3.53gb left in c , already put everything in d that i could.

There are numerous partitioning tools available.
Check google GOOGLE SEARCH.

I like partition magic, others like acronis (I havent tried it yet).
