XFX videocard

Hi new to computers
I had a new video card install in my system its a XfX geforce 5200 agp8X 64mb
I have all the newset drivers for it and patches for windows installed the cards working ok but this thing as so many setting for the card in the program for it I don't know what the best sitting are to have set I do very little gaming does any one have one of these cards with nidia so it runs at its best performance.
