Hi Guys!
I am extremly fustrated by a problem with internet explorer. Every time i click on a link that is Java (or something like that) it says down the left jand bottom of the screen java script:makeSS() with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle box (heh sorry felt i had to be specific about that one) Basically all the websites i go to say error on page (Left hand bottom). I have used spyware doctor, ad aware se (yes the latest version),avast anti-virus, spybot search and destroy and a few others! Spybot search and destroy found some nasties but got rid of them. On all the anti viruses i did a complete system scan. Everytime i download hijack this (and i have downloaded it from many websites) i load it and it says unexpected error.

I have tried other things to get the java links to load such as loading up the following in start--> run: Eh i cant find them but it was mentioned in another forum and it DIDNT work for me.

Also tried using killbox and startuplist to see what was up.

Startuplist came up with this

It would be great if someone could tell me if something that shouldn't be running was.

Just fouund something interesting! When typing regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll in run it says that it failed. Does this mean i should try and replace it? I cant find my origional win89 disk so is there any other option?

Anyhelp would be MUCH APPRECIATED! As im ready to rip my computer up into shreads!!!

Thanks
