Whats happening with the computer is that When i turn it on it keeps flashing the "Windows is trying to install" thing it'll flash for like half a second constantly. It doesnt really install anything it jsut flashes. The only way i could only temporarily kill it is by going into task manager and killing the ISUSPM.exe, but this only stops the flashing for this session only. I dont know what happened or if this is in the right place, but if someone could help me it would be great.
