BackWeb Lite removal

A recent Spybot scan found 66 files/entries of BackWeb Lite on my PC. It seems that some initial BackWeb files were installed from the set-up CD of my Logitech keyboard. I understand that this is not malicious and is used to check for updates to my keyboard software. Nevertheless I wish to remove it, it seems to be growing and I cannot readily see what updates a keyboard could possible need. Spybot removed 64 entries but not the last two, as these seem to be used by the keyboard. I have been unable to get into safe mode to remove them because the F8 key seems to have no effect during boot up. Since I did not know what I was doing, I restored all 66 BackWeb entries as originally set and simply blocked Backweb from accessing the Internet with my ZA firewall settings.

I would be grateful for any advice on this matter, do I need to get rid of this and if so, how? Here are my log settings:

Reboot your PC.

Then download Ad-aware - update it and then scan with that and see if that helps

Many thanks for your prompt reply and suggestions. However, I already have AdAware and I keep it updated. AdAware does not register BackWeb Lite as a threat. Of my security utilities, only SpyBot - Search & Destroy detects it.
