computer randomly crashes

also check your version of flash player...latest is Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.124.0 if you don't have it...go here

you can test your flash and shockwave players here...

So I did that and then timed my boot up

3 and a half mins to boot into my wallpaper(desktop)

then another 2 mins till I could open any other programs
