This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact computer administrator,
The above message it the one i keep getting when trying to open a folder. I can access my applications and programs but not folders. I cannot access my hard drives etc. either. This is highly annoying. It may have been a mistake by me or Malware can anyone help me get rid of this.
