stop error c0000221 blue screen

every time i get into windows after it loads the windows i get a blue screen saying
STOP: C0000221 [bad image checksum] the image comdlg32.dll is possibly corrupt. the header checksum does not match the corrupted checksum.
i cannot load in safe mode , normal , last known.
i do not ha the windows cd....
someone knows what to do?!?

You will need a Windows CD to be able to do a repair install. So far, it is the only method i have found to fix a checksum error of the system.
