Check these

Is your CD drive working otherwise?
ie is it getting detected in BIOS?

IF yes, then try these.. Could be funny
  • Looks like your CD drive tray system is Faulty. Get it checked! The ones below are for short period solution ie if u want to take a disk from a drive.
  • Try pressing the sides of the CD drive, when u press the eject button.
  • U can use a pin and insert it into the small Hole below the CD Tray. U must need a long one though.
There could also be another possibility that the disk inside the drive at some extreme conditions could have broken into pieces. If that's the case then take it to the service!!!
