We lost the restore disk to a sony V9N-N110G and bought the Media center oem to reinstall. This laptop came with Media center. Over half way through the install it ask for XP prof. SP2 disk, I loaded it and it can't find the files it wants on the disk so I cancel out of dozens of them. When the system finally loaded and I try to restart it crashes windows explore and you can't close out the laptop. Why would it even ask for the XP Prof. Disk and how do I reinstall windows explore, " not to be confused with windows IE Explorer". I'm not sure I can load XP Home on this because drivers are available only for Media center and Vista. Has anyone have any clues. Thanks
