Yesterday, I acquired a virus on my pc that completely crashed it and so I was told to do an In-Place upgrade. I did what it said to do, and used my Operating System disc (I also have a Drivers and Utilities disc) and it did only part of the setup, up to where it restarts the computer. Once it restarted, I let it load but now all that is showing up is a Black screen with a normal Windows cursor in the middle. I have no idea how to get to the rest of the installation/registration. Can someone help me with this?
