When i try to install a program or open certain programs, i get a message saying that "The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkkKay.B.dll is not a valid image. Please check this against your installation diskette." Does anyone have any help on how i could resolve this issue? Beacause my new programs that install will not work beacause of this....Thanks in advance!!

Windows is comparing the file with a checksum that has been made, and the two do not agree. This can be caused by on or the other being corrupt on the installation disk. Make sure there are no scratches or damage to the installation disk. You may be able to download the file from the web to replace the bad one.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
