Downloader-YH trojan

For a little over a month I've been fighting a trojan called Downloader-YH....sometimes with more letters behind it. McAfee "catches" it and deletes it...but McAfee pops up with these notices every time I'm on the computer and the source of the problem is obviously still there. I've run McAfee, TrendMicro, Spybot Search and Destroy, Microsoft AntiSpyware, and Ad-Aware many, many times....with random spyware showing up and being taken care of. The "shredder" on the hijackthis page found nothing to shred. We have tons of pop-up ads ever since the Downloader-YH messages started showing up. I have a Compaq Presario with Windows XP and Service Pack 2. Automatic Windows Updater says that everything is up to date. Here is the logfile of the Hijackthis scan I did a couple of minutes ago.
