im having some probs with the ad-adware, you recommended for downlaoding, it keeps shutting down my system, I just want to remove this click me dialer, and the popups that came along with an auto instal file of Q8HELL.EXE. I have followed your instuctions to run the Ad-ADWARE program, but as soon as i run the scan a window pops up.
"system will shut down preformed by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
remote procedure call (RPC) terminated unexpectantly"
some one help, my best friend (electronic surogate) is possibly dying.

Did you try running Ad-aware in Safe Mode? It may be some infection blocking Ad-aware from completing.

If it still won't work, run the other programs first and then give us a HijackThis log.
