Disabling AutoRun specific drives.

What im looking to do is to allow CD's to be able to autorun, but if anyone brings a Flash drive/Pen Drive/Stick what ever you want to call it, i want only that autorun to be disabled.

In other words for any new device detected, doesn't auto run on detection.

[edit] ahh and it would be great if its a method that doesnt involve having to leave installed 3rd party software.
