Random Pages not Loading

Hi,

I've been having a weird problem with my internet in that I can be surfing fine, and then suddenly the pages just won't load. I refresh them, sometimes 5 or 6 times before they load, but then I try more links and they just don't load. I don't know what it is that's causing this problem. It first started when the windows xp update KB951748 was installed, (the one that caused problems for ZoneAlarm users, but i never used ZA, i use AVGfree) i then uninstalled that update and it went back to normal for a while. But now the problem is back despite not having installed any windows updates recently. I dont know what is causing the problem but i would really appreciate any help!
