connect trouble

I run Windows Vista Premium on my laptop. At work, I can connect to a variety of services such as Itunes Stores, Sirius Satellite Radio, etc. At home, I cannot connect to these services. On the same network at home, I connect to these on other computers. Stangely, if I log in as a guest on my laptop, I can also connect. It is just in my primary account that I can not connect.
