HELP. NEED TO KNOW WHAT SONIC UPDATE IS FOR!!!. SUDDENLY EVERY TIME I TURN ON THE COMPUTER I GET THE MESSAGE THAT IT IS TRYING TO INSTALL SONIC UPDATE, AND NEEDS A DISC. HOWEVER, I DON'T HAVE A DISC AS I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS DOING ONE OF THOSE THINGS BUNDLED IN TO THE COMPUTER WITH NO EXPLANATION. BUT IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR AWHILE AND NOW IS HAVING THIS INSISTENCE ON BEING INSTALLED, AND I CAN'T FIX ANYTHING OR DO ANYTHING WITHOUT STOPPING IT. HELP, HELP
