Dell running slow and locking up - VIRUS?

Hi, I appreciate your help in advance.

I have a Dell Desktop Demsion 4600. It has been running slow and locking up. I have run SpyBot Search and Destroy and ATF Cleaner. I have Avast security attached. I have done both. Attached is a hijack log.
