Hi, I have seen on your site several topics with the same problem as mine but none of their solutions are working, this may be because I am not clicking the correct things in Hijack this. My problem is that if I search on google and click the results it opens a new window and takes me to a completely random page (probably a pop up!) also when I log into a social networking site (Bebo) it allows me to log in but will not allow me to view my profile or any of my friends profile. This virus will also not allow Norton Anti-Virus or most anti virus softwares to connect to the internet to search for updates. Please please please help me on this matter because my computer has never had a virus and I am not used to even cleaning the basic of viruses away without Norton. My Hijack this log is below:
