Laptop cannot connect...going crazy please help!

I switched routers and while I've got my wired computer connected and working, the laptop refuses to connect.
The wireless connection says it's connected and has an excellent signal, but I cannot get it to actually work when I open a browser or my instant messenger.
I'm sure its just my settings. This laptop is able to connect to a wireless network without a problem, I know that for sure. I just can't get it to work with this router.

Please help!
