Been playing my GTA Vice City game for a while. Now at start up McAfee detects a trojan and stops the game from initializing. Their report is as follows:
McAfee has automatically blocked and removed a Trojan.

About this Trojan
Detected: Proxy-Piky (Trojan), Proxy-Piky (Trojan)
Location: C:\Documents and Settings\Paul\Local Settings\Temp\SIntfNT.dll

Trojans appear as legitimate programs but can damage valuable files, disrupt performance, and allow unauthorized access to your computer.

Since the file only appears when I start the game, I can't go in and delete anything.

I've attached my HijackThis logfile.

Please go to the Malware Forum, but be sure to read this before you post anything. Good luck!
