I have XP Home Edition, HP Pavilion 512N. I have a broadband hookup (Frontiernet).
I have 192 mb of ram. When I turn computer on, it takes forever for it to get to my desktop.
Also, when I click on a folder (desktop) the cursor spins forever before opening (if it opens at all).
I just don't know what the problem is. I have AVG antivirus, I run CCleaner once a
day, Ad-aware. I keep emptying my temp. files, etc. What can I do next?

Thank you,
Barbnik

With 192MB of RAM, I'm not surprised. You need more RAM. 512MB would be good minimum.

On a top of it, your HJT has some questionable entries, so you may go here: http://www.geekstogo...o-Here-f37.html, as well.
