laptop keyboard broken

hi. I have a sager laptop with vista and the keyboard doesn't work. If I hit a bunch of keys at once I can get it to type 'r' or 'k' really fast. I then have to hit a bunch or keys again for it to stop. Also prewindows loading the left and right arrow keys work but not the up and down ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated
