Outlook 2003 - Calendar Appointments Deleted

Hi all,

My colleague in the office who used Outlook 2003 and Windows XP has discovered that all his calendar appointments from 2 months ago and back have all disappeared, I was hoping anyone can tell me why this could happen and how to stop it in the future.

Any advice would be great.

Hi

Is the folder set to AutoArchive?

Click on the Calendar folder to open the Calendar
Click File > Archive
Is the 'Archive all folders according to their AutoArchive settings' selected?

Or, it could be that the Calendar folder is set to archive (not all folders)
Right-click the calendar folder > properties > autoarchive tab > select 'do not archive items in this folder'
