okay, i keep trying and now my disc thing won't eject either.

I forgot to mention that I was concerned that I might have installed it out of order so I attempted to uninstall then install in the correct order and I still get error messages. I tried installing the audio before installing the BIOS and it still didn't work.

Thanks for everyone's help, it appears it was because I installed the drivers out of order causing some type of malfunction. I uninstalled all the drivers and reinstalled according to the order that the Dell Support site said and I was able to get things to work.
