I can't access Picture It 2000
Access is being denied
Not enough Disk Space
Needs 30 mg disk space
My C Drive has 120 gigabites free
Is it a compatibility issue with Vista or Explorer or ?

Thanks for any help.

Right-click on the desktop shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator".
