I am running AVG & Ad-Aware but they will not get rid of the trojan horse virus. Is there a free D/L that will remove these? Thanks.

Symantic usually puts a manual method of getting rid of malware and viruses on their website.

More information is needed for us to help. Name of malware? any information at all?
