internet problems

hiya

computer is fine.
when loading up internet pages, it seems to take about 30mins at least to open the page, if at all.
tried numerous different solutions, which havent worked.
computer internet connection test suggests my line is fine, all ok?

plus to add to this my windows update function doesnt seem to wanna work at all. i 've tried doing it manually also.

any help?
