I don't see anything unusual in your log. What type of problems are you experiencing?

sometimes, svchost.exe closes due to some error and also when i run windows media player, sometimes, it gives the "can't perform operation, low memory" error. i did run the spyware programs as you suggested to someone else in the forum experiencing the same problem.

i have never run windows update. this problem didnt exist before but now it has suddenly come up.

I would STRONGLY suggest at least applying all "critical updates". You can also get a free CD from Microsoft with all the updates here: http://www.microsoft...ct/cd/order.asp

i have applied all the updates. since then, it has not given that problem yet....thanks for the help thus far....hopefuly, the problem is over
