Missing HDD

I recently built my PC. Here are the Specs:

ASUS Striker II Extreme MOBO
2 x 1TB Seagate Baracuda HDD (no RAID in use, one driver boots to XP, the other to 64bit Vista)
4gb DDR3
2 X GeForce 260 Video Cards in SLI
1100W PSU

I haven't booted to the Vista HDD in a few weeks, I attempted to do so the other day and was given an error stating that winload.exe is missing or corrupt (I still get the boot selection screen). The PC boots to XP just fine. The problem is that the drive w/ Vista on it is not appearing in Windows or in the BIOS. Any suggestions??

Thanks for your help.

First check connections from the MB to the HD. Pull them out and Reseat them. If the computer still cannot see the drive try hooking up the drive to another computer and see if that computer can see the drive. If both computers cannot see the drive it has probably died. Any warranty on the drive? Seagate usually has a 1 year warranty, but you may have to return the drive to where you bought it.
