bsod and crashing

Hi realistpnoy!
What I suggest is removing the USB cord from the computer that leads to the webcam(of course using the Safely Remove Hardware icon down by the clock) and then uninstalling the webcam software completely. Then reboot your computer and once rebooted, go to Logitech's website and download the most recent software for your webcam. Then install the software and connect the webcam back to your computer when the installation wizard for the webcam tells you to do so.
Give that a shot and let me know how things are going.

thanks its fixed but just right now i was logging to my yahoo mail acc, the comp just locked and theres a narrator talking...what happened?
