A few weeks ago we had to reset our modem and router. After doing this, my wireless networked connected laptop keeps getting knocked off the internet. We then have to unplug the modem for two minutes, reboot the laptop and the internet then comes up. The message I keep getting is that the LAN connection is unplugged and the router has a strong signal. Could my modem have gone bad? Any suggestions would help.
