can't boot up vista ultimate 64bit it crashes in boot up

I can not get in to vista ultimate 64bit
and can't get in to save mode at all I get is a blue screen can I get help bad please

l have try booting with the cd and then going to fixs the boot up but still no go

don't now what to do

this have crash 4 time in 4 mouths
and I have reinstall so many time
it work for same time then crashes
