Is there a method to recover bookmarks that have been lost and restored in the backup folder even after they've been overwritten?

After my bookmarks went missing from the browser, I researched how to find them in the back up folder. But I didn't realize they remained for only 5 days. The one I wanted recovered has since been overwritten.

Any help is appreciated.

It's unlikely the overwritten file will still be retrievable. The moral of your story is to make and maintain a manual backup of your Bookmarks to somewhere of your own choosing where it will remain for as long as you wish.
