Wireless Keeps restarting!

Hello all!

Ok My first problem is my Wireless adapter, Im currently using my old Belkin 802.11G 54Mbps, Which my PC picks up fine, But my internet keeps blinking if ya like on then off, which is really annoying when Im trying to play Online :)

And Also my new Belking Adapter which is the Wireless G version of the one above, my computer does not recognise it and the drivers dont install from the CD it just comes up with USB 2.0 WLAN.....and It dont do nothing.... :)

So please please help me my fellow Geeks to Go!!!
I need to play WAR............WAAAGHHH!!
