Does ESET, Spyware Guard, Comodo firewall complement each other

Hey,

I use ESET NOD 32 ver. 3.0, Spyware guard 2.2 and comodo firewall as my active protective system, meaning these programmes auto boot on start up and have real time protection enabled- they are always in my try. I was wondering if these programmes complement each other or does any friction or problem occur when I use them together. Anyone please help?
