Hi

Hope someone can help! My PC seems to be running pretty slow.

I have 1MB broadband connection
Im running XP Pro
I have 14.8GB of free space
I regularly run Adaware
I regularly run Norton anti virus

Can anyone give me any ideas what to do? (Im a bit of a novice!)

Thanks

Try some basic cleanups like running a defrag and disk cleanup. Pretty simple to do both.

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
